FREE Supports // Resources

Since becoming a support worker I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of free services that are out there to help all of us. There are even numerous text lines and webchats available to us 24 hours a day if we need to chat about our problems in a less confronting way.

PLEASE DON'T WAIT TILL YOU ARE IN CRISIS TO REACH OUT. Self care does not have to be bubble baths and relaxation it can be reaching out for help before it becomes too hard.
